Terms & Conditions

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of our items, we do not issue refunds or exchanges.

Full refunds will only be issued if the delivered item does not match the customer's request.

Change of Mind:
- If an item has been sourced or ordered and the client changes their mind, no refund can be issued.

Client-Damaged Items:
- London Buyers Club cannot refund the client if the item has been damaged by the client.

Manufacturing Faults:
- In case of manufacturing faults, London Buyers Club will assist the client in sending the item back to the brand for evaluation and repair.

All expenses related to this process will be borne by the client.

Sourcing Requests:
- Fees for sourcing requests will only be refunded if the item cannot be found within the agreed-upon timeframe.
